TenancyKit is built to be useful without being intrusive. This policy explains what data we collect, what we don't collect, and the choices you have.

On‑device storage
TenancyKit stores your content locally on your iPhone/iPad. This includes anything you enter or attach in the app (for example: property/tenancy details, contacts, notes, photos, and documents).
Because this content stays on your device, we can't view it and we don't receive a copy of it.
Information we collect
Tenancy content
We do not collect the tenancy information you add in TenancyKit (including documents, photos, notes, contacts, and property details).
Technical data
We aim to collect as little as possible. If you contact support, we'll only see what you choose to send us (for example, an email and any details you include).
If we ever enable optional crash reporting/analytics, we'll update this policy and make it clear what's collected and why.
Sharing your information
TenancyKit only shares content when you choose to export or share it from within the app. For example, if you export a proof pack and send it by email, the recipient(s) will receive what you sent.
Third‑party services
TenancyKit is distributed via Apple's App Store. Apple may collect data under their own policies.
Your choices
- You control what you store in the app.
- You can remove content within the app.
- You can remove the app (which removes the app's local data, subject to how iOS manages storage and backups).
