Common questions

How do I export a proof pack?

Open your tenancy, choose an inspection, then tap Export. Your exports are saved in the Exports tab so you can share them again later.

I paid for Pro, how do I restore it?

Open Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.

What does Pro include?

Pro is for letting agents and landlords. It unlocks unlimited properties, tenancies, inspections and exports.

I'm a tenant, what are export credits?

Tenants can use the app day to day for free. When you need a formal export, you buy an export credit and use it when you generate the proof pack.

Where is my data stored?

TenancyKit is offline-first. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to export or back it up.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete properties, tenancies, inspections, rooms and photos inside the app. Deleting a property removes everything under it.
